Initial online evaluation

You fill out a detailed medical questionnaire based on the ABCD framework and the Edmonton Obesity Staging System (EOSS). We calculate your BMI, metabolic risk profile, and clinical stage. A doctor reviews your history, comorbidities, and recent lab results if available.

Medical consultation and personal plan

The doctor performs the assessment (asynchronous or video consultation) and proposes a comprehensive plan. If you meet clinical criteria, it may include pharmacological treatment: evidence-based medication, selected and adjusted by your doctor, always following European guidelines and your individual benefit-risk balance. We are a medical service — we do not sell medication.

Treatment and safety labs

If the treatment is indicated, a personalized treatment plan is established. You will receive a personalized lab request according to your profile (blood sugar, HbA1c, lipid profile, liver and kidney function, TSH) to ensure safety before and during treatment.

Continuous follow-up and adjustments

Through your patient area, you register your weight, symptoms, and side effects. The doctor periodically reviews your progress, adjusts the dose according to the established titration, and decides, with objective criteria, whether to continue, change, or suspend the treatment.

Does the price include the medication?

No. The fees cover the medical assessment, follow-up, and treatment planning. If medication is recommended, it is purchased at your local pharmacy. The pharmacy cost varies by product (approx. 100€–300€/month).

Will I always need medication?

No. Medication is only recommended when you meet the clinical criteria and there are no contraindications. In many cases, we only recommend habit changes or other therapeutic strategies. The decision is always made by the doctor on an individualized basis.

Will I need blood tests?

In most cases, yes. We follow a standard protocol based on EASO 2025 guidelines: glucose, HbA1c, lipid profile, liver and kidney function, TSH. These tests are performed before starting treatment and are repeated periodically to ensure safety. We provide you with a request form for your health center or private laboratory.

Can I do the entire process from home?

Yes. The questionnaire, consultation, treatment planning, and follow-up are 100% online. You will only have to physically go to a laboratory for blood tests and, if medication is indicated, to the pharmacy to pick it up.

What if the treatment doesn't work for me?

We use objective criteria to measure response, following current clinical guidelines and your individual clinical picture. If the expected response is not reached, your doctor will review therapeutic alternatives or may decide to change or suspend the medication.

Do you work with nutritionists, psychologists, or other specialists?

When necessary, we coordinate referrals to clinical nutrition, psychology (especially in cases of eating disorders or emotional eating), endocrinology, or bariatric surgery. The doctor will generate pre-filtered referral letters with your medical record data.

Is the service available throughout Spain and the EU?

Yes. The service is available throughout Spain. For patients in other EU countries, we issue a private prescription in signed PDF format for dispensing at a local pharmacy. Check availability for your specific country in the assessment questionnaire.

Are my data safe? Do you comply with GDPR?

Absolutely. Your privacy and medical secrecy are our top priority. We use military-grade encryption (SSL/TLS). We strictly comply with the GDPR and strict Spanish regulations.
